Last updated October 16, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, court kiosks, booking tools and other products and services provided by Court X, Inc. (“Court X,” “we,” “us” or “our”) (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services, or use them with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
Using the courts safely
Court X courts use ball machines that launch balls at speed. When you play, you agree to:
- Follow the instructions on the kiosk and any rules posted by the venue.
- Stay clear of the ball machines and never stand in front of one while it is running.
- Use appropriate footwear and equipment, and play within your own physical ability.
- Stop play and tell venue staff right away if any equipment appears damaged or faulty.
- Supervise any children in your group at all times.
Tennis, padel and other physical activities carry an inherent risk of injury. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you take part at your own risk.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Tamper with, move, damage or reverse engineer any court hardware, cameras or software.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, or try to gain unauthorized access to them.
- Manipulate scores or leaderboards, or impersonate another player.
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
Bookings and payments
Court bookings, prices, cancellations and refunds are set by the venue that operates the court, unless we tell you otherwise. Your agreement with the venue covers those matters.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Court X and its affiliates from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if needed to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time.
